Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Wood Finishers for a custom wood products manufacturing company in Little Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality finished wood products while ensuring they meet customer specifications and company quality standards. What You'll Do as a Wood Finisher:

• Apply stains and finishing materials according to product specifications
• Inspect finished products for defects, quality concerns, and appearance standards
• Repair or correct finishing defects when possible
• Maintain finishing equipment, tools, and work areas
• Document production and quality results accurately
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices
• Assist with production and warehouse duties as needed based on workflow demands

What You Need to Bring to the Wood Finisher Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or wood finishing experience preferred
• Ability to accurately distinguish colors (color vision required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to safely work around finishing chemicals while wearing required PPE
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
